These agreements were signed by John Blascos, Shell Country Chairman in Oman and OPAL represented by Mohamed Al Harthy the CEO, along with Talal Al Araimi representing the Arabian Training Centre and Khlid Assad representing Technical & Administrative Training Institute & the Training & Development Institute.

Muscat: Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL), the forum of 320 member companies operating in Oil and Gas, held its 10th Annual General Meeting yesterday at Grand Hyatt Hotel. Beside the Board Members and the Secretariat the event was attended by the CEOs and the General Managers of OPAL member companies, and representatives from the Ministry of Social Development.
